• Please report the problem as soon as it is noticed.
• Be specific when submitting your work order request. Providing us with as much information as possible, enables us to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner.
• Although you are unable to predict when situations may arise, please try to avoid late Friday work order requests along with the first and last days of each month. The work load is heaviest for our maintenance personnel during these times.
